1. All Sales Are Final

All sales made through this website or during any event, workshop, or speaking engagement affiliated with LeShawn Fernandez or Listen Linda Publishing & Media are considered final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Payments made for books, services, digital products, events, podcast segments, or speaking engagements are non-refundable and non-transferable. Purchases cannot be credited toward future services or reassigned to another party.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled service or event. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the full payment being processed and no refund will be issued.
